About these terms

These terms apply when you commission a session, license a photograph or buy a print from Past Sessions©. By signing a proposal you agree to them.

Proposals and fees

Each commission starts with a written proposal: dates, deliverables, licence and fees. Work begins when the proposal is signed and the first half is paid.

Weather and reshoots

We photograph with natural light. If the weather does not allow it, we move the date at no cost. Reshoots for other reasons are quoted separately.

Licensing

Each photograph is licensed for the uses named in the proposal. Copyright stays with Past Sessions©. Wider or longer use can be added at any time.

Prints

Prints are made to order on archival paper and signed. If a print arrives damaged, we replace it.
